Armada Self Catering - Terms and conditions
A deposit of 33% per cottage per week is required to confirm the booking. Confirmaton of booking will be issued on receipt of deposit. In the event of cancellation, the booking deposit will only be refunded if cancelled within six weeks of date of arrival. For cancellations up to 4 weeks before date of arrival 50% of entire stay will be charged to Credit Card. For cancellations up to 10 days before arrival, 100% of entire stay will be charged to your card.
The balance must be paid on day of arrival at time of check in. Remaining Gas and Electricity bill will be paid on departure.
Electricity and Gas are metered and payable on departure. The price is based per unit, it is recommended the cost per unit be checked at the outset.
The cottage must be left as it was found, damage or repairs of any property of the cottages will be charged to the client. Cottages must be left clean and tidy, otherwise a charge of €50.00 will be made.
A security deposit of €100.00 per week is payable on arrival, this will be returned in full where the supervisor is satisfied that the conditions of rental have been complied with.
Check in is at 4.00 p.m and check out is strictly at 10.00 a.m. Please call to the hotel reception to check in/ check out.
The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to property left in the cottages during the stay or on departure.
The number of persons stated on the booking form, must not be exceeded in any circumstances.
Rental of the cottage may be terminated at the discression of the owner, where clients behave in a disruptive manner, cause a nuisance or any disturbance, rental will be terminated without refund.
Strictly no pets are allowed on the premises under any circumstances.
